Minutes of Regular Board Meeting
February 6th, 2024
Board Members Present: Chairperson Gerry Schram, Supervisor Kyle Vareberg and Supervisor Neal Sundet via zoom
Officers Present: Clerk, Dawn Utke; Treasurer, Becky Renner and ARPA Manager, Deb Zachariason
Others Present: Matt Arola, Dan Gustner, Dale Renner, Chris Kennedy, Donna Kennedy, Aaron Aselsen and Josh Swangler
Chairperson Schram called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
Agenda was approved with no additions, Supervisor Vareberg motioned, Supervisor Sundet second and motion was carried.
Supervisor Vareberg made the motion to remove an item from the agenda, Supervisor Schram second motion was carried to table compensation for Supervisor’s, Clerk and Treasurer
Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
January meeting minutes approved, Supervisor Vareberg made the motion to approve, Supervisor Sundet second, motion carried.
Liquor License were approved for Lakes Corner Liquor and 4 Corners, Supervisor Vareberg made the motion, Supervisor Sundet second, motion carried.
Treasurer Renner gave the Treasure’s report ending January 31, 2024 with an ending balance in the checking account of $401,453.95; the money market having and ending balance of $452,936.23 and the CD with an ending balance of $133,077.96 with a total of all accounts at $987,468.14. Supervisor Sundet moved to approved, Supervisor Vareberg second, motion carried.
Citizen’s Comments: there were none
Payment of bills: Supervisor Vareberg motion to approve. Supervisor Sundet second, motion carried.

Road Report no changes or complaints
ARPA report, Deb gave report on what she was going to file, Supervisor Vareberg motioned to approve, Supervisor Sundet second, motion carried.
Supervisor Sundet gave an update on prospected budget and also provided a rough town hall drawing.
New Business:
Annual Meeting Agenda presented for approval.
Contractor Quotes—Clerk Utke will design notice for all available contracts
New Custodian—Clerk Utke will contact Stephanie Alexander
Paul Bakken—Zoning Board had no issues
Meeting was adjourned at 7:05, Supervisor Schram motioned, Supervisor Vareberg second and motion carried.
